Las Vegas, NV - The Grade 2 Vagrancy Handicap took place at Belmont Park on Elmont, New York on Saturday, May 17 - a 6 1/2 furlong test for older females. 6-1 third choice Merry Meadow recorded her first ever stakes score by 3 3/4 lengths in the tiny filed of four while Jane of All Trades finished 5 1/4 lengths in front of Five Star Momma who was third. Kauai Katie, the 2-1 favorite was very disappointing and was beaten by 10 3/4 lengths.
