Harold Queen's homebred Sheer Drama proved to be too much on the day emerging by a convincing 6 1/2 lengths in the 1 1/16 mile race at 3-1 odds. 4-5 Favorite House Rules finished second, and Molly Morgan was another two lengths back in third. Oasis at Midnight, Tiz Windy, Swinger's Party, and Flores Island completed the order of finish.
