Fashion Plate Wins Las Virgenes Stakes at Santa Anita Park

Las Vegas, NV - Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California played host to the $300,000 Grade 1 Las Virgenes Stakes on Saturday, February 1. Fashion Plate, who was sent off at 9-2 odds that went get-to wire to win by just a half length over even money favorite Streaming. Arethusia finished a game third while Taste Like Candy, Artemis, Saintly Joan, and Sushi Empire completed the order of finish. Earthflight scratched.
