Las Vegas, NV - The $200,000 Grade 2 Santa Monica Stakes went down at Santa Anita Park on Saturday, January 25 - a seven furlong test for older fillies and mares. Scherzinger emerged victorious at 4-1 odds in her stakes debut while Iotopa finished a good second and 7-5 favorite Teddy's Promise came third in her final career start. 123-pound top weight and second choice Heir Kitty was fourth while Winding Way and Lexington Pearl completed the order of finish.
