Thegirlinthatsong posted the easy 4 1/4 length win as the distant 6-1 third choice while even-money favorite Lexie Lou, in her dirt debut finished second. 8-5 second choice Jojo Warrior was overtaken at the wire and finished third while Une Cherise finished fourth and was followed by Fleet of Gold, Colonel Joan, and Ramona's Wildcat. Sam's Sister was an early scratch.
