Las Vegas, NV - The $200,000 Grade 2 Play the King Stakes was contested at Woodbine in Toronto, Ontario on Sunday, August 10. 7-2 second choice Kaigun rebounded from a miserable United Nations Stakes result and posted the three quarter length victory in the field of 10. 12-1 shot Lockout finished a good second while Dimension wound up third - at 17-1 odds. Something Extra, Excaper, 2-1 favorite Winning Prize, Sharp Sensation, The Brothers War, Global Power, and Awesome Eclipse completed the order of finish.
