Las Vegas, NV - Keeneland in beautiful Lexington, Kentucky will be the scene of the Grade 1 Dixiana Breeders' Futurity this Saturday, October 6. Two year olds will race 1 1/16 miles on Keeneland's synthetic track in search of their portion of the $400,000 purse.

Tizracer - Todd Pletcher pupil enters off a win last time out in a Maiden Special Weight by 10 1/4 lengths at Belmont Park September 8 to follow a fourth in a similar race in his debut. He is highly regarded and is the morning line favorite in the Dixiana.

Balance the Books - Chad Brown trained colt looked mighty impressive last time out in winning the Grade 2 With Anticipation Stakes at Saratoga August 30 after a second in a Maiden Special Weight in his only other career start. His win last time out certainly makes him a threat this week.

Dixiana Breeders' Futurity 2012 | Remaining Field Entries

Charming Kitten - finished third most recently in the Grade 2 With Anticipation Stakes after a maiden win in his debut at this distance at Saratoga July 28.

Joha - most recently finished a close second behind Balance the Books in the With Anticipation Stakes to follow a pair of wins - one being the Colin Stakes at Woodbine July 14. The Michael maker colt has place in all five career starts and could threaten the field Saturday.

Positively - has three career starts with a win, a second and a third place finish. Last time out was a second in the Grade 3 Bashford Manor Stakes at Churchill Downs way back on June 30 to follow a Maiden Special Weight score June 8.

Pataky Kid - has been terrific on Polytrack this season and looks unstoppable on that surface. After a third in his career debut he has strung together two straight impressive scores on polytrack - the last being the Grade 3 Arlington-Washington Futurity September 8.

Are You Kidding Me - is the most experience colt in the field having raced 5 times already for trainer Roger Attfield. After a pedestrian start to his career Are You Kidding Me won two straight before an impressive second last time out in the Grade 2 Summer Stakes at Woodbine September 15.

Java's War - Kenneth McPeek colt was fifth in his career debut but has strung together two straight wins ahead of the Dixiana including the Sunday Silence Stakes last time out at Louisiana Downs.

Tree of Life - has two career starts and two wins for trainer Craig Dollase. Last time out was a win in the Barretts Juvenile Stakes to follow a maiden win August 18 at del Mar.

Craving Carats - actually beat Balance the Books two back to win a Maiden Special Weight at Saratoga but was eighth last time out in the Grade 2 With Anticipation Stakes.

Dynamic Sky - has two career starts - both stakes races at Woodbine. Lat time out was a win in the Simcoe Stakes September 3 to follow a third in his debut at the Vandal Stakes in July.

He's Had Enough - comes from the same team camp as I'll Have Another. He won a Maiden Special Weight in his debut August 12 but followed that with a disappointing sixth last time out in the Oak Tree Juvenile Turf Stakes at Del Mar September 5.

He's So Fine - has four career starts with one win and two seconds. Last time out was his worst career effort - a fifth in the With Anticipation Stakes to follow an OK second in the Grade 2 Saratoga Special.

Dipsy Drew - has raced three straight Maiden Special Weight races but is coming off a win last time out at Kentucky Downs September 12.
