Lady of Fifty - Jerry Hollendorfer filly has six wins and three third place finishes in 12 career starts and is coming off a disappointing fourth as favorite last time out in the Grade 2 La Canada Stakes January 20 after a relatively easy win in the competitive Grade 2 Bayakoa at Hollywood Park December 8 and a win in the minor Palm Springs Handicap at Santa Anita November 1. She has apparently looked good in workouts will be looking for a bounce back effort in the Santa Maria for sure!

Great Hot - Brazilian bred Great Hot had 11 starts in 2012 with three seconds - the Grade 2 La Canada Stakes back in January 2012 being the best result, and a pair of thirds in minor stakes action. She was a distant ninth three back in the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint and followed that with a third in the Kalookan Queen Stakes and a fourth last time out in the Pasadena Handicap at Santa Anita January 13. Gary Stevens will get the mount for the long shot Great Hot and hopes are that the veteran jockey can maintain a hot streak that saw him win two stakes races last weekend.

Private Affair - Peruvian bred Private Affair endured over a year off and returned with a win in an Allowance here November 22. He followed that with an ugly tenth last time out in the Grade 2 Hollywood Turf Cup December 15 at Hollywood Park. She has four wins and five seconds in 12 career starts.

Going for a Spin - has won two of her last three starts for trainer Jerry Hollendorfer - the Starter Stakes last time out at Santa Anita January 20 and the Cat's Cradle Handicap three back at Hollywood Park.
