Las Vegas, NV - Tampa Bay Downs will be the scene of one of three "Road to the Kentucky Derby" points gathering races this Saturday, February 2. A group of three year old hopefuls will be chasing the 10 points awarded to first place as the winner's share of the $200,000 purse in the Sam F. Davis Stakes - a 1 1/16 mile race on Tampa Bay Downs' main track.

My Name Is Michael - ships in from Woodbine where he had four starts with a win, a second and a third place finish. Last time out was a respectable second in the minor Display Stakes December 1. Joel Rosario gets the mount on one of the entries to watch on Saturday.

Dynamic Sky - has five career starts with two wins, a second and a third place finish. Last time out was an impressive score in the Pasco Stakes over Sky Commander on this track January 12 after an OK sixth in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile. He had a very nice second in the Grade 1 Dixiana Breeders' Futurity at Keeneland October 6 after two stakes races at Woodbine resulted in a win in the Simcoe Stakes September 3 and a third in his debut at the Vandal Stakes in July. He figures to be right in the mix along with My Name Is Michael.

Northern Lion - Mark Casse trained colt is coming off a win in a MSW by 5 1/2 lengths at Gulfstream December 22 after a second and a third in MSW races at Churchill Downs and Woodbine in his other two career starts.

Speak Logistics - started his career with a fourth place finish but won his next two starts - a Maiden Special Weight at Monmouth August 18 and the Florida Stallion In Reality Stakes October 13 at Calder by 2 3/4 lengths while earning a 90 Beyer Speed figure. Last time out was a seventh in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile in November. He will look to step up and gain some points in the Kentucky Derby points race.

Divine Ambition - lightly raced colt finished third most recently to Dynamic Sky and Sky Commander on this track in the minor Pasco Stakes January 12 in his second career start after breaking maiden by 8 lengths September 21 at Turfway Park for trainer Darrin Miller.
