Jessamine Stakes 2015 at Keeneland Race Course

Las Vegas, NV - Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky will play host to the Grade 3 JPMorgan Jessamine Stakes on Wednesday, October 7. Two year old fillies will be featured when they take to Keeneland's turf track and race 1 1/16 miles for the winner's share of the $150,000 purse.

A full field of 14 plus two Alternate Entries have been confirmed for the Jessamine - race 7 on Keeneland's mid-week Wednesday card. Post time is 4:24 PM. Here is a look into the past performances of all 16 possible combatants for this Grade 3 stakes - a "Win and You're In" race for the $1 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf here August 30.

2015 Jessamine Stakes Race Favorite Entries

Harmonize 5-2 - has a win and a second place finish in two career starts for trainer Bill Mott. She enters off a good four length win in the minor PG Johnson Stakes at Saratoga September 3 which followed a win at first asking- on that same track August 9. Harmonize looks to keep the upward trend going from gate 4 with Junior Alvarado in the irons of the morning line favorite.

Lilly's Dream 6-1 - has a win and a third place finish for trainer Kenneth McPeek - the win coming in her debut at Ellis Park August 2. Last time out was a respectable third in her stakes debut - the minor Kentucky Downs Juvenile Fillies Stakes September 5. Lilly's Dream has looked decent so far and hopes for a statement win Wednesday - from post 7 with Corey Lanerie aboard the co-second choice.

Theory of Change 6-1 - will make her second career start for trainer Chad Brown. Her debut was a good one - a maiden score at Saratoga September 7. Theory of Change hopes to make it two straight wins to start her career when she departs from gate 8 with Joe Bravo in the reins of the morning line second choice.

Outsider Art 8-1 - has two career starts for trainer Jonathan Sheppard with two wins. She makes her stakes debut off a good Allowance Optional Claiming score at Kentucky Downs September 19 which followed a good win at first asking - at Saratoga August 26. She looks to remain perfect in her career as Drayden Van Dyke rides from gate 14.

Moms Choice 8-1 - posted a win at first asking - at Arlington for trainer Larry Rivelli and recorded a respectable second last time out in her second career start- the minor Kentucky Downs Juvenile Fillies Stakes September 5. Moms Choice hopes to remain competitive Wednesday when she departs from post 12. Jose Valdivia gets the mount.

Sapphire Kitten 10-1 - will race for just the second time Wednesday after a good win in her debut - at Kentucky Downs September 16. She looks to make it two wins to start her career with Julien Leparoux aboard from gate 6.

Clare View 10-1 - will make her stakes debut Wednesday for trainer Chris Block after two MSW starts produced a win and a second place finish. The win came last time out at Kentucky Downs September 16 and the second came in her debut at Arlington August 9. Clare View has shown improvement so far and hopes Florent Geroux can continue that trend from post 5 Wednesday.

Delicate Lady 10-1 - Todd Pletcher trained filly recorded a win at first asking - at Arlington July 2 and followed that with a respectable third last time out in her stakes debut - the Grade 2 Adirondack Stakes at Saratoga August 15. Delicate Lady has been competitive every time out so far and is expected to be again Wednesday. John Velazquez rides from gate 10.

Precious Love 15-1 - will hit the track for the third time for trainer Victoria Oliver. She posted a win at first asking August 19 at Indiana Grand and followed that with an OK fourth in the minor Kentucky Downs Juvenile Fillies Stakes September 5. Precious Love has been OK and hopes to open a few eyes Wednesday from post 3 with Chris Landeros guiding her.

Come to Mischief 20-1 - won the minor My Dear Stakes at Woodbine June 28 in her first career start for trainer Joe Sharp but followed that with a very disappointing tenth place finish last time out in the Grade 1 Del Mar Debutante September 5. Come to Mischief will be after a strong bounce back from an ugly effort last time out when she leaves from post 13 with Robby Albarado in the irons.

Inconclusive 20-1 - has a win and a second place finish in three career starts for trainer Richard Scherer. Last time out was a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming after a fifth in her only stakes action - the minor Arlington-Washington Lassie Stakes August 29 and a win at first asking July 24. Inconclusive looks for her first stakes win Wednesday when she departs from post 9 with Shaun Bridgmohan guiding her.

Family Tree 20-1 - impressive filly races for the second time Wednesday off a maiden score at Kentucky Downs September 16. Channing Hill has the mount Wednesday as Family Tree hopes to remain undefeated - from gate 11.

Carleigh Belle 50-1 - has four career starts for trainer Barbara McBride with one win - that being a maiden score last time out - at Indiana Grand September 23. She failed to place in her first three career starts. Carleigh Belle steps into stakes company for the first time looking to make it two in a row - from the rail with Malcolm Franklin in the saddle.

Tia Flor 50-1 - has just one win in five career starts - that coming in her second career start. She has failed to place in three starts since - a sixth in an Allowance Optional Claiming last time out at Churchill Downs September 27 followed a fourth in a similar race at Kentucky Downs September 16 and an eleventh in her stakes debut - the minor Kentucky Downs Juvenile Stakes September 5. Tia Flor hasn't been great but hopes to change all that from gate 2 with Carlos Villasana in the reins.

La Piba 30-1 - Alternate Entry has two career starts with one win - that coming last time out at Ellis Park September 7. Her debut was a seventh on that same track in July.

Felt in Pocket 30-1 - Alternate Entry may hit the track for the third time Wednesday. Her first start resulted in a sixth place finish at Arlington August 9 and her other result was a win August 30 on that same track.
