| 3 | #3 Nyquist (3/5)- The undefeated horse could be one of the greats. |
| 4 | #4 Awesome Speed (30/1)- Well rested, and under the radar. Great value. |

| 3 | #3 Nyquist (3/5) - He is clearly the class of the field and hasn't been touched so far. He's relatively fresh as well. It's not the sexiest pick but the most prudent. |
| 5 | #5 Exaggerator (3/1) - Another predictable pick but he's the second-most talented colt in what is a weak-ish field. He'll have a ton of motivation to flip the script on Nyquist - just don't think he has the late kick to quite get it done despite his recent success in the slop. |
| 7 | #7 Collected (10/1) - Collected has been in there with some top fields for trainer Bob Baffert. He has been competitive in those races and has looked great in works leading up to the race. |
| 11 | # 11 Stradivari (8/1) - Ya, ya I know that is isn't ground-breaking to pick the top 4 betting choices but I can't fathom going any other way. This Todd Pletcher entry races in stakes company for the first time but has won his last two races by a combined 25 lengths. He's a talent and could shock the field. |
