Beaugay Stakes at Belmont Park Results

Las Vegas, NV - The $150,000 Grade 3 Beaugay Stakes went down at Belmont Park on Saturday and it featured fillies and mares three years old and upward in the 1 1/16 mile event. Bettors' second choice Hessonite emerged from a five wide stretch run to claim victory by 3/4 of a length over Peace Preserver and the 3-4 favorite, Chad Brown trained Dream Peace. Suroof finished fourth while Naples Bay and Ruthenia followed. Dealbata and Pianist scratched, while Centring was entered for the main track only.
