Las Vegas, NV - The first Breeders' Cup race on Santa Anita's stacked Saturday, November 1 card - the Grade 1 Hands Winery Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies will feature some of the best two year old fillies in the land. A purse of $2 million will be up for grabs when they go 1 1/16 miles on Santa Anita's main track.

2014 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Race Favorite Entries

Angela Renee - Todd Pletcher trained filly has four career starts - three graded stakes starts already. Last time out was a terrific win in the Grade 1 Chandelier Stakes on this track September 27. Before that was a third as 8-5 favorite in the Grade 1 Spinaway Stakes at Saratoga August 31, a second at 19-10 in the Grade 2 Adirondack Stakes at Saratoga August 10 and a maiden score in June. Angela Renee is expected to build off the momentum from her win last time out. She will have John Velazquez aboard Saturday from gate 4.

Conquest Eclipse 4-1 - Mark Casse trained filly is coming off a good second to Angela Renee in the Grade 1 Chandelier Stakes here September 27. This came after a third in the Grade 1 Del Mar Debutante August 30 and a MSW score at first asking at Churchill Downs in June. She has been competitive every time out and looks for some revenge over Angela Renee in this one. Corey Nakatani will be in the saddle as one of the ones to beat from post 4.

Christina's Journey 6-1 - Dale Romans trained filly has two career starts and two good wins - last time out in the Grade 2 Pocahontas Stakes at Churchill Downs September 6 after an impressive maiden score at first asking. She hasn't been touched yet and will have Miguel Mena in the irons from post 5.

Puca 6-1 - Bill Mott pupil finally broke maiden last time out - at Belmont Park October 1 in her third career start. She began her career with a seventh and followed that with a third place finish also in MSW. She's steadily improving and will leave from post 8 with Joel Rosario in the irons.

By the Moon 6-1 - is coming off a nice win in the Grade 1 Frizette Stakes October 4 after a good second behind Condo Commando in the Grade 1 Spinaway Stakes at Saratoga August 31 and a maiden score in her only other career start - also at Saratoga July 18. Jose Ortiz rides from the outside post.

Feathered 8-1 - Todd Pletcher trained filly made her stakes debut last time out and finished third in the Grade 1 Frizette Stakes at Belmont Park October 4. She broke maiden by 9 3/4 lengths in her second career start - at Saratoga August 31 and her career debut resulted in a second in a MSW on that same track August 3. Top Decile 10-1 - Albert Stall trained filly has two career starts - a win and a second place finish. She enters off a second in the Grade 1 Darley Alcibiades at Keeneland October 3 after a maiden score at first asking. Rosie Napravnik will be aboard from gate 11.

Wonder Gal 12-1 - will race for the fourth time for trainer Leah Gyarmati and is coming off a good second in the Grade 1 Frizette Stakes at Belmont Park October 4 after a third place finish behind Cavorting in the Grade 2 Adirondack Stakes at Saratoga August 10 and a win in her debut - by 14 1/2 lengths in the minor Lynbrook Stakes July 6. Mike Smith will be in the reins of this intriguing filly from post 10.

Danette 20-1 - Keith Desormeaux trainee has five career starts and is coming off an OK third in the Grade 1 Chandelier Stales on this track September 27. Before that was a second in a MSW, a third, a fifth and a seventh respectively in MSW races in her first three starts. Danette will have Kent Desormeaux in the irons from post 3.

Majestic Presence - will race for the fourth time for trainer Jerry Hollendorfer. Her stakes debut came last time out - an OK fourth in the Grade 1 Chandelier Stakes here September 27. Before that was a maiden score at Del Mar August 13 and a third in her debut in a similar race in July. Majestic Presence will have Elvis Trujillo guiding her from post 7.

Hennythelovepenny 20-1 - Peter Miller pupil finally broke maiden last time out - on his track October 12 after a second and a sixth to starter her career in Maiden Claiming races at Del Mar. Fernando Perez will be in the saddle from post 9.

Take Charge Brandi 30-1 - D Wayne Lukas trained filly posted a maiden score at first asking and then went on to a very good second in the Grade 3 Shuylerville Stakes at Saratoga July 18. She has fallen off since. Last time out was an eighth in the Grade 1 Darley Alcibiades Stakes at Keeneland October 3 after a fifths in the Grade 2 Pocahontas Stakes September 6 and the Adirondack Stakes in August. She hasn't been great the last four months. Victor Espinoza has been tabbed to ride from post 6.
