Flat Out Wins Cigar Mile Handicap at Aqueduct Racetrack
Las Vegas, NV - The main event on Aqueduct Saturday card on November 30 - the Grade 1 $500,000 Cigar Mile Handicap, featured a stellar field and a very good finish. Flat Out avoided traffic and chased down 32-1 shot Private Zone to win by 1 1/2 lengths at 6-1 odds. Verrazano finished third while the terrific Groupie Doll finished a disappointing fourth. Clearly Now was fifth and was followed in the order of finish by Forty Tales, Goldencents - the 3-1 favorite, Saratoga Snacks, Laugh Track, and Capo Bastone. Praetereo scratched.
