Green Gratto Wins Fall Highweight Handicap at Aqueduct

Las Vegas, NV - The $250,000 Grade 3 Fall Highweight Handicap was contested at Aqueduct Racetrack in the great state of New York on Thanksgiving Day Thursday, November 29 - a six furlong race for older horses. It was the longest shot in the field, 24-1 shot Green Gratto that emerged victorious in gate-to-wire fashion and earned his first graded stakes score against a pretty good field - by a head over the late-running 7-1 shot Palace and Fabulous Kid who got in for third at 11-1 odds. Pulling G's was fourth and was followed by 3-2 favorite Salutos Amigos, La Verdad, and Captain Serious.
