Camelot Kitten Wins Pennine Ridge Stakes at Belmont Park
Belmont Park in Elmont, New York played host to the $200,000 Grade 3 Pennine Ridge Stakes on Saturday, June 4 - a 1 1/8 mile race for three year olds on Belmont Park's Inner Turf Track. Ken and Sarah Ramsey's 9-5 race favorite Camelot Kitten came up late to win by a neck in the field of 10 while 5-2 second choice Highland Sky just missed out and finished second and Call Provision wound up third at 6-1 odds. Toughest 'Ombre finished fourth with Hammers Vision, Dressed in Hermes, Converge, Azar, Kismet's Heels and Noble Quality completing the order of finish.
