Las Vegas, NV - The $250,000 Grade 2 Pat O'Brien Stakes was held at Del Mar on Sunday, August 25 on the Pacific Classic undercard. It was Fed Biz that came up with the impressive win at 7-1 odds in track record time giving trainer Bob Baffert his fifth straight win in this race. Fed Biz earned an automatic berth into the Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile in the process. 4-5 favorite Goldencents was second with Gonna Fly Now third in his stakes debut and Wine Police fourth. Drill was fifth followed by Royal F J, Great Hot, Mobilized, Handsome Mike, No Silent and Batti Man. Morning Line scratched.
