Made You Look Wins Dania Beach Stakes at Gulfstream Park

Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida played host to the $100,000 G3 Dania Beach Stakes on Saturday, January 7. Three year olds were featured as they took to Gulfstream's turf track and raced 7 1/2 furlongs. Todd Pletcher trained 6-5 race favorite Made You Look avenged a disappointing seventh in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf and posted the win in his three year old debut - by 2 1/2 lengths. 45-1 longshot Clyde's Image finished a terrific second in the field of eight with Shiraz a half-length behind in third at 8-1 odds. The race's second choice, 9-5 Kitten's Cat, checked in fourth while Hey Mike, Minister's Strike, Squadron and Leverkusen completed the order of finish. Field Trip scratched.
