Miss Sky Warrior Wins Davona Dale Stakes at Gulfstream Park

The $200,000 G2 Davona Dale Stakes was contested Saturday, March 4 at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Three year olds fillies were featured when they took to Gulfstream's dirt track and raced one mile. Arlene London's homebred filly, 2-1 favorite Miss Sky Warrior made the most of her seasonal bow and won for the fourth straight time. She picked up 50 points on the Road to the Kentucky Oaks with the win. 19-1 shot Jordan's Henny finished a good second in the full field of 14 while Summer Luck claimed third at 9-1 odds. Modacious finished fourth with Brahms Cat, 3-1 second choice Pretty City Dancer, Yes I'll Go, Eloquent Riddle, Gran Cherry, From Ria to Riches, Ellie's Honor, Champagne Problems, Aspen Hilltop and Saratoga Citizen completing the order of finish.
