Quiet Business Wins Bewitch Stakes at Keeneland
Closing day April 28 at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky featured the $150,000 G3 Bewitch Stakes - a 1 1/2 mile turf test for fillies and mares four years old and upward. Calumet Farm's 16-1 longshot Quiet Business posted her first ever stakes win - by one length on a firm course. 5-2 second choice Daring Duchess finished second in the field that was reduced to just five with Dyna's Recolata getting in for third at 8-1 odds. Inchargeofme was fourth while 4-5 favorite Earring was disappointing and completed the order of finish. Arles was scratched.
