Senior Investment Wins Lexington Stakes at Keeneland Racecourse

The $200,000 G3 Stonestreet Lexington Stakes was contested Saturday, April 15 at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky. Three year olds took to Keeneland's dirt track and raced 1 1/16 miles. Fern Circle Stables' 11-1 shot Senior Investment emerged victorious in a thrilling finish Saturday, coming from back of the pack to win by a head in the final strides. Slight 2-1 second choice West Coast finished a close second, a neck ahead of 9-5 favorite No Dozing who held on for third in the field of 10. Time to Travel was fourth with Lookin At Blessing, Convict Pike, Souper Tapit, He's Munnie, Capt. Grider and Resiliency completing the order of finish.
