Live Oak Plantation' homebred and 5-2 second choice World Approval finally got over the hump after some quality finishes and won his first ever Grade 1 race - prevailing by 1 1/4 lengths over the solid field of 10. Late charging 5-1 shot Money Multiplier finished second while 9-5 favorite Wake Forest got in for third. Triple Threat rallied to finish fourth, followed by Can'thelpbelieving, Riviere Du Loup, Mr Maybe, Bigger Picture, Cement Clement, and Noble Road to complete the order of finish.
