Las Vegas, NV - There were absolutely no surprises at Santa Anita Park on Saturday - Mizdirection did what everyone thought she would do and recorded the repeat win in the $100,000 Grade 3 Las Cienegas Stakes for her fifth consecutive win on the hillside turf course as the overwhelming 2-5 choice. Mizdirection beat her Mike Puype stablemate Schiaparelli by a half-length while Purim's Dancer, ridden by Tyler Baze, finished third, three lengths behind the winner. Bench Glory and Givine were next. Dancingtothestars scratched.
