Emollient Wins Rodeo Drive Stakes at Santa Anita

Las Vegas, NV - The $300,000 Grade 1 Rodeo Drive Stakes took place Saturday, September 27 at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California. 3-1 favorite Emollient came up with the half length win with Parranda finishing a close second. Rusty Slipper and Irish Mission dead-heated for third in the field of 12, 1 3/4 lengths behind the winner. Emollient will now have an all expense paid entry into the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf on this track in a month's time. Bee Brave, Cozze Up Lady, Queen of The Sand, Famous Alice, Bunairgead, Scarlet Strike, Miss Serendipity and Moulin de Mougin completed the order of finish.
