Mor Spirit Wins Robert B. Lewis Stakes at Santa Anita Park

Las Vegas, NV - The $150,000 Grade 3 Robert B. Lewis Stakes was contested at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California on Saturday February 6 - a 1 1/16 mile "Road to the Kentucky Derby" points race for three year olds. Michael Lund Petersen's 3-5 favorite Mor Spirit proved to be best on the day winning by 1 1/2 lengths and earning 10 qualifying points toward the Run for the Roses in May. Mor Spirit now ranks second in the standings behind Nyquist. 7-1 shot Uncle Lino finished second in the field of six while 5-2 second choice I Will Score finished third, earning two qualifying points. Completing the order of finish were Dressed in Hermes, Let's Meet in Rio, and Path of David. Laoban scratched.
