Paradise Woods Wins Santa Anita Oaks at Santa Anita Park

Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California played host to the $400,000 G1 Santa Anita Oaks on Saturday, April 8. Three year old fillies took to Santa Anita's dirt track and raced 1 1/16 miles on Santa Anita's dirt track. Lightly raced 8-1 shot Paradise Woods opened more than a few eyes with a record-setting 11 3/4 length romp in the field of seven.
