Rock Fall Wins Alfred G. Vanderbilt Handicap at Saratoga Race Course

Las Vegas, NV - The $350,000 Grade 1 Alfred G. Vanderbilt Handicap took place at a busy Saratoga Race Course in the great state of New York on Saturday, August 1 - a six furlong dash for horses three years old and upward. Stonestreet Stables' even-money favorite Rock Fall continued his meteoric rise as one of the best sprinters in the country winning by a nose in a superb race Saturday - it was Rock Fall's sixth straight win. 7-2 second choice The Big Beast held on for a determined second while Favorite Tale was third at 5-1 odds. Salutos Amigos, Viva Majorca, Clearly Now, and Departing completed the order of finish.
