Ontario Matron Stakes at Woodbine Racetrack Results
Las Vegas, NV - Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, Ontario was the scene of the $150,000 Grade 3 Ontario Matron Stakes on Saturday, July 20. 4-5 odds-on-choice Sisterly Love led almost all the way to secure her first graded stakes victory for trainer Mark Casse in the field of seven. Eagle Hall, another Mark Casse trainee finished 3 1/2 lengths back after rallying from last and was 1 1/2 lengths in front of Pure Blue Sky who finished third. Logan's Peak was fourth, followed by Layali Dubai, Welcome Dance, and Yellow Boat.
