Dimension Wins King Edward Stakes at Woodbine Racetrack
Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, Ontario played host to the $200,000 Grade 2 King Edward Stakes on Saturday, July 2 - a one mile turf test for horses three years old and upward. Riverside Bloodstock's Dimension won his second straight graded stakes race at Woodbine - this time in upset fashion by 1 1/4 lengths at 17-1 odds. 8-1 shot Solemn Tribute just held off fast closing Tower of Texas who got in for third at 5-1 odds. Even money favorite Full Mast was fourth followed by Smokem Kitten, Tesseron, Hammerstein and Commute to complete the order of finish. Born in a Breeze scratched.
