This after another third in the minor I'm a Banker Stakes at Belmont Park in October and a second in the Duck Dance Stakes October 6. He also had a sixth in the Grade 2 Kelso September 28. He had concentrated on Allowance Optional Claiming races the first 2/3 of last year for trainer David Jacobson with a win July 7, a second here and a pair of thirds. Candyman E - the third of the David Jacobson trainees in the Toboggan has 20 career starts with nine wins, three seconds and three third place finishes. He enters on a two race win streak - the minor Spooky Mulder Stakes on this track last time out and an Allowance Optional Claiming at Belmont Park October 26. This after a sixth in the Grade 1 Vosburgh and a second in the minor Kid Russell Stakes at Saratoga in August. Candyman E finished fourth in this race in 2012 after four straight wins the summer of 2011. He is a competitive entry who can put wins together in bunches and departs from post 7 at 5-1 odds.
