2017 Top Flight Invitational Handicap Entries at Aqueduct Racetrack

Isabelle 8-5 - Bill Mott multiple stakes winning mare has seven wins and four runner-up finishes in 19 career starts. Last time out was one of her wins - the minor Heavenly Prize Invitational Stakes here March 4 after a second in the minor Biogio's Rose Stakes on this track February 5 and another win in the minor Bay Ride Stakes - also here December 11. Her only graded stakes start resulted in a sixth in the 2014 Victory Ride Stakes. Isabelle has been just OK so far in her career but arrives in career best form for this race. Kendrick Carmouche gets the call on the morning line favorite from gate 4.

Verve's Tale 5-2 - has placed in nine of 10 career starts for trainer Barclay Tagg - two wins, five seconds and two third place finishes. She enters this week off her only blemish - a fourth in the G2 Royal Delta Stakes at Gulfstream Park February 18. Before that was a nice two race win streak - the G3 Comely Stakes at here in her stakes debut - November 26 and a MSW at Keeneland in October and four straight runner-up finishes in MSW races. Verve's Tale has been good so far in her career and will be after a strong bounce back performance with Paco Lopez in the saddle of the second betting choice from post 3.

Mo' Green 3-1 - Joseph Orseno trained filly has placed in seven of 10 career starts - three wins, three seconds and a third place finish. Last time out was a very respectable runner-up finish in the G2 Royal Delta Stakes at Gulfstream February 18 which followed an Allowance Optional Claiming score on that track January 10, an OK second in the minor Margate Stakes at Gulfstream December 26 and a sixth in her only other graded stakes action to date - the G3 Monmouth Oaks in August. Mo' Green searches for her first stakes win Saturday off a career-best effort and will have Irad Ortiz aboard from post 5.

Winter 5-1 - Cathal Lynch trained filly has five wins and three second place finishes in her 11 career starts. She enters on a very nice win streak - the minor Maryland Racing Media Stakes February 18, the minor Nellie Morse Stakes January 21 and an Allowance Optional Claiming January 1 - all at Laurel Park. Before that was a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming November 23, another Allowance score in October and a sixth in her only graded stakes action so far - the G3 Boiling Springs Stakes at Monmouth Park in July. Winter has four wins and two runner-up finishes in her last six starts overall - very good form ahead of this weekend. She shoots for a first graded stakes score Saturday from the outside gate 8 with Trevor McCarthy in the irons at an intriguing 5-1 odds.

Disco Rose 20-1 - Robert Reid trained filly has just three wins, six seconds and two third place finishes in 22 career starts. She arrives in decent form - an Allowance score last time out March 7 at Parx followed a second in a similar race on that track January 21 and another win in an Allowance at Parx December 31. She has four graded stakes starts and has placed in just one - that being a third in the G2 Demoiselle Stakes on this track in November, 2015. Oasis At Midnight 20-1 - has 44 career starts for trainer Joseph Oreno with just four wins, nine seconds and six third place finishes. She has placed in four of her last five starts however - a fourth last time out in the minor Heavenly Prize Invitational here March 4 followed consecutive thirds in Allowance Optional Claiming races here to start 2016 and two straight runner-up finishes in Allowance Optional Claiming races on this track to end 2016. Oasis At Midnight tries for a career-best effort Saturday when she leaves from gate 2 with Rajiv Maragh guiding her.
