Bolt d'Oro 9-5
Mick Ruis trained colt has three career starts and they have been a resounding success. First was a decisive maiden score as 8-5 favorite at Del Mar August 5 and the second was a successful step up into stakes company - an impressive three-quarter length win in the G1 Del Mar Futurity September 4. Last time out he continued his impressive roll with a dominant win in the G1 FrontRunner Stakes at Santa Anita September 30. Bolt d'Oro has looked sensational in works leading up to this weekend and hopes to make it four-for-four to start his career from post 11.
Free Drop Billy 5-1
Has four career starts for trainer Dale Romans with two wins and two second-place finishes so far. Last time out was a terrific win against a full field in the G1 Claiborne Breeders' Futurity at Keeneland October 7 after a decent second in the G1 Hopeful Stakes at Saratoga September 4 and another second behind Firenze Fire in the G3 Sanford Stakes on that track July 22. He started his career with a three-length maiden score at first asking - at Churchill Downs June 15. Free Drop Billy has three graded stakes tries already, has looked good in all and has improved every time out. He tries to keep the upward trend going Saturday from post 5.
Firenze Fire 6-1
Jason Servis trained colt has four career starts and three nice wins. Last time out was a good win in the G1 Champagne Stakes at Belmont Park October 7 which followed a bit of a step back - a fourth in the G1 Hopeful Stakes at Saratoga September 4. Before that was a very good step up into stakes company - a one length win at 12-1 in the G3 Sanford Stakes at Saratoga July 22 and a 3 1/2 length maiden score at Monmouth Park at first asking - June 18. Firenze Fire has been superb in three of his four career starts and hopes to build on his second graded stakes score Saturday from post 3.
Bob Baffert trained colt has two career starts and has been competitive in both - a second behind Bolt d'Oro last time out in the G1 FrontRunner Stakes at Santa Anita September 30 followed a maiden score by 1 3/4 lengths in a 6 1/2-furlong race at Del Mar September 2. Solomini shoots for a first stakes score and arrives in pretty good form. He departs from gate 2.
U S Navy Flag 8-1
Aidan O'Brien trained colt has four wins, a second and two third-place finishes in 10 career starts. He makes his North American debut Friday on a three -race win streak - the Group 1 Darley Dewhurst Stakes at Newmarket October 14, the Group 1 Juddmonte Middle Park Stakes on that track September 30 and the Group 3 Plusvital Round Tower Stakes in August. He placed in two of his three previous Group stakes starts as well. U S Navy Flag hasn't been touched lately and hopes his success overseas translates Saturday from the rail.
Good Magic 8-1p>Chad Brown trained colt has two career starts and has been decent - he finished second behind Hazit in his debut at Saratoga August 26 and finished a respectable second last time out behind Firenze Fire in the G1 Champagne Stakes at Belmont Park October 7. He has been training well and tries to break his maiden Saturday from gate 6.
Hollywood Star 15-1
Dale Romans trained colt has one win and a pair of runner-up finishes in his three career starts. He won his debut at Churchill Downs June 28 and has since posted two respectable runner-up finishes in graded stakes action - the G3 Iroquois Stakes last time out September 16 and the G2 Saratoga Special August 13. Hollywood Star has been competitive but searches for a first stakes win Saturday from the outside gate 12.

Last time out was a bit of a dud however - a fifth in the G1 Champagne Stakes at Belmont Park October 7. Hazit opened some eyes in his first start but looked a tad out of place in his other. He searches for a strong bounce back Saturday from post 9.

Larry Rivelli trained colt has three career starts and has won them all. Last time out was a very successful step up into graded stakes company with a win in the G3 Iroquois Stakes at Churchill Downs September 16. Before that his wins came in the minor Prairie Gold Juvenile Stakes July 28 and a maiden score at first asking at Arlington July 2. The Tabulator tries to remain unbeaten Saturday when he leaves from post 9.
Simon Callaghan trained colt has three career starts with one second-place finish to show for it. He stepped into stakes company for the first time last time out and recorded an underwhelming ninth in the G1 Champagne Stakes at Belmont Park October 7 after a second in a MSW at Del Mar September 2 and a fourth in his debut - on that track July 22. Bahamian tries to break his maiden Saturday but enters in less-than-spectacular form. He departs from gate 8.
Golden Dragon 30-1
Mikhail Yanakov trained colt has two wins in his four career starts. He enters off both of those wins - an Allowance Optional Claiming at Churchill Downs September 29 and a MSW at Arlington September 8. He was fourth in his debut and sixth in his second career start. Golden Dragon steps into stakes company for the first time having shown some serious improvement and will depart from gate 10.
