OffTrackBetting.com - The G1 Matriarch Stakes takes place this Sunday, November 26 at Del Mar Race Track in Del Mar, California. Fillies and mares three years old and upward will line up on Del Mar's turf track and race one mile for the winner's portion of the $300,000 purse.

A field of 12 will give it a go in the Matriarch Sakes - race 7 on Del Mar's Sunday schedule. Post time is 3:30 PM. Here is a brief look into the past performances of all 12 entries for this competitive G1 stakes.

2017 Matriarch Stakes Entries at Del Mar

Cambodia 3-1

Thomas Proctor trained mare has placed in 12 of 14 career starts - six wins and six third place finishes. She arrives off a very respectable third in the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf here November 4 which followed a nice two-race win streak - the G2 John C. Mabee Stakes September 2 and the G2 Yellow Ribbon Stakes August 5 - both on this track. Before that was an OK third in the G3 Dr. James Penny Memorial Stakes at Parx July 4, a two-length win in her graded stakes debut - the G3 Gallorette Stakes at Pimlico May 20 and consecutive thirds in minor stakes action - the Dahlia Stakes at Laurel Park April 22 and the Daisey Devine Stakes at Fair Grounds February 25. Cambodia has been a factor in every start the last 11 months and shoots for a third graded stakes score in her last four Del Mar starts - from post 7 with Drayden Van Dyke guiding the morning line favorite.

Kitten's Roar 7-2

Michael Maker trained mare has placed in 16 of 19 career starts - seven wins, seven seconds and two third-place finishes. Last time out was a career-best 2 1/4 length win in the G2 Goldikova Stakes on this track November 4 after a respectable second in the G1 EP Taylor Stakes at Woodbine October 15, a win in the listed Ramsey Farms Stakes at Kentucky Downs September 14, a fifth in the G1 Beverly D. Stakes at Arlington August 12 and a third in the G2 New York Stakes at Belmont Park June 9. Other good results include a second in the minor Daisy Devine Stakes February 25, a nice win in the minor Marie G. Krantz Memorial Stakes January 21 - both at Fair Grounds and consecutive seconds - the minor Blushing KD Stakes on that track in December and the G3 Cardinal Handicap at Churchill Downs last November. Kitten's Roar has two wins and a second in her last three starts - good form and will be out to record a second straight graded stakes score from the outside gate 12. John Velazquez rides the morning line second choice.

Lull 5-1

Christophe Clement trained filly has placed in eight of 11 career starts - four wins, three seconds and a third-place finish. She arrives off a career-best win in the G3 Autumn Miss Stakes at Santa Anita October 29 which followed an OK third in the G3 Buffalo Trace Franklin County Stakes at Keeneland October 13. Before that was a win in the listed Kentucky Downs Ladies Sprint September 9 and consecutive seconds - the G2 San Clemente Stakes July 13 and the listed Soaring Softly Stakes at Belmont Park in May. Lull has been competitive lately but needs to step up her game against older entries. She tries for a third stakes score in four starts Sunday - from gate 2 with Flavien Prat in the reins of the co-third choice.

Off Limits 5-1

Irish bred Chad Brown trained mare has six wins, two seconds and a third-place finish in her 16 career starts. She was OK at home and failed to place in her first four North American starts but has been good in six starts since - four wins and two seconds. She arrives on a good three-race win streak - the G3 Athenia Stakes last time out at Belmont Park October 28, the G3 Noble Damsel Stakes there September 23 after an Allowance Optional Claiming score at Saratoga August 12. Before that was a second in the listed Perfect Sting Stakes at Belmont Park in July and an Allowance score here in June. Off Limit has been terrific the last six months and will chase a fourth straight win from gate 8. Joel Rosario has the mount on the other co-third choice.

Hawksmoor 8-1

Irish bred Arnaud Delacour trained filly has placed in 11 of 15 career starts - five wins, a second and five third place finishes. She won a Group 3 888sport Prestige Stakes overseas in August, 2015 and has been decent since. She enters off a respectable second behind Zipessa in the G1 First Lady Stakes at Keeneland October 7 which followed a disappointing seventh in the G1 Beverly D Stakes at Arlington August 12, a nice gate-to-wire win in the G3 Beaugay Stakes at Belmont Park May 13, a sixth in the G2 Mrs. Revere Stakes at Churchill Downs November 25 and an OK third in her North American debut - the G1 QE I Challenge Cup at Keeneland last October. At home results include a third in the Group 2 Kilboy Estate Stakes at Curragh in July, 2016, a good win in the Group 2 German One Thousand Guineas in Germany last June and three straight third place finishes in Group races there. Hawksmoor has placed in four of her last five starts and hopes to snap a two-race losing streak from gate 10. Julien Leparoux will be in the reins.

Rubilinda 10-1

Chad Brown trained filly will saddle up for just the fifth time Sunday having posted three wins and a second-place finish so far - all at Belmont Park. Last time out was a win in the listed Pebbles Stakes October 14 after a win in the minor Christiecat Stakes September 8 and a second in an Allowance July 9. She won her debut May 27. Rubilinda steps into graded stakes company for the first time looking pretty good and will have Jose Ortiz aboard from post 9.

Insta Irma 12-1

Has placed in eight of 14 career starts for trainer Richard Baltas - four wins, three seconds and a third-place finish. Last time out was her first stakes win - the minor Swingtime Stakes at Santa Anita October 7 which followed a fourth in her only graded stakes action to date - the G2 John C Mabee Stakes on this track September 2 and consecutive seconds including the minor Lady Canterbury Stakes June 18. Insta Irma has placed in four of her last five starts and hopes to build on a career-best effort from post 5. Corey Nakatani rides.

Mrs McDougal 15-1

Richard Mandella trained mare was at her best in 2015 when she won the G2 Lake George Stakes - she also won the G1 Noble Damsel Stakes at Belmont Park in September, 2016 but hasn't been great outside of those results. Last time out was a ninth in the G2 Goldikova Stakes on this track November 4 after a fourth in the minor Swingtime Stakes at Santa Anita October 7 and a seventh in the G2 John C. Mabee Stakes here September 2. Mrs McDougall has shown some form in the past and will be out to record her first win in 14 months Sunday from the rail. Javier Castellano will be in the saddle.

Pretty Girl 20-1

Lightly raced Argentinean bred Paulo Lobo trained mare has 13 career starts with four wins, three seconds and a third-place finish. She was at her best overseas in 2014 when she won a Group 1 and a Group 2 race - she won the minor Prix Jacques de Bremond in France in July, 2016 as well. She has seven starts in North America and has been OK in all - a disappointing eighth last time out however in the G2 John C. Mabee Stakes here September 2 followed a second behind Cambodia in the G2 Yellow Ribbon Handicap on this track August 5, a fifth in the G1 Gamely Stakes at Santa Anita May 27 and another a fifth in the G2 Royal Heroine Stakes there April 8. Before that were and consecutive seconds - the G2 Santa Ana Stakes at Santa Anita March 12 and behind Goodyearforroses in the minor Robert J. Frankel Stakes on that track December 31. Pretty Girl tries for her first North American score Saturday and enters in so-so form. Brice Blanc has been tabbed to ride from post 3.

Belvoir Bay 20-1

Has six wins, three seconds and two third-place finishes in 16 career starts for trainer Peter Miller. She enters in decent form - a win last time out in the G3 Senator Ken Maddy Stakes on this track November 3 followed a third in the minor Swingtime Stakes at Santa Anita October 7 and consecutive seconds in Allowance Optional Claiming races on this track in August. She also posted a nice win in the G3 Torrey Pines Stakes on this track in August, 2016. Belvoir Bay has posted two graded stakes wins in her career and is trending upward again ahead of this weekend. She shoots for a second straight graded stakes score Sunday with Kent Desormeaux in the irons from gate 4.

Thundering Sky 20-1

George Weaver trained filly has 16 career starts with three wins, four seconds and three third-place finishes. She enters off a respectable second in the G2 Goldikova Stakes on this track November 4 after a nice win in the minor De La Rose Stakes at Saratoga August 5 and a sixth in the G3 Dr. James Penny Memorial Stakes at Parx July 4. Before that was a fourth in an Allowance at Belmont Park June 1, a fifth in an Allowance Optional Claiming on that track April 28, a good win in the listed Pebble Stakes at Belmont Park in October and a third in the G3 Ontario Colleen Stakes at Woodbine September 24. Thundering Sky has hit the board in her last two starts after failing to place in her pervious three and hopes for a first graded stakes score from gate 6. Rajiv Maragh gets the call.

Miss Julia Star 20-1

French bred Neil Drysdale trained filly has placed in 11 of 12 career starts - four wins, five seconds and two third-place finishes. She makes her North American debut Sunday on the heels of a three-race win streak - the Prix de Saint Cyr Stakes October 13, the Prix Millcom September 9 and a Handicap July 27 - all at home. She posted a win, three seconds and a third-place finish in her previous four. Miss Julia Star was on a roll at home and hopes to carry the momentum from post 11 Sunday. Antoine Hamelin is scheduled to ride.
