Highly regarded Diamondsandpearls was impressive in her only career start and hopes to be again in her stakes debut - from gate 6 with Mike Smith scheduled to ride.

Surrender Now

Will hit the track for the third time for trainer Peter Miller looking to remain undefeated. She makes her graded stakes debut Saturday off an impressive eight length win in the listed Landulace Stakes at Santa Anita July 2 and a two-length maiden score at first asking on that track June 9. Surrender Now hasn't been touched so far and looks to keep the impressive roll going from the rail. Flavien Prat gets the call.

Has just one career start for trainer Phil D'Amato and it was a good one - a 5 1/4 length maiden score at 9-1 odds at Santa Anita June 23. Spectator tries to make it two straight wins to start her career when she leaves from gate 2 Saturday with Jamie Theriot aboard.

Spirit of Shanghai

Has a win and a third-place finish in two career starts for trainer John Brocklebank. Last time out was an OK third behind Surrender Now in the listed Landulace Stakes at Santa Anita July 2 after a Maiden Claiming score at first asking June 18 - both results at Santa Anita. Spirit of Shanghai has looked decent so far and hopes or a breakthrough win in her step up in competition. Joe Talamo has the mount from post 5.

Midnight Summer

Has just one career start for trainer Peter Miller and it was a successful one - a Maiden Claiming score on this very track July 20. Midnight Summer shoots for a second straight win to start her career when she leaves from the outside post 7 with Edwin Maldonado guiding her.

Terra's Angel

Dallas Keen trained filly has one career start which resulted in a good win - that coming at Lone Star May 13. She steps into stakes company for the first time Saturday looking to build on that nice effort - from gate 4 with Sasha Risenhoover in the saddle.

Dancing Belle

Keith Desormeaux trained filly has a second and a third-place finish in her three career starts. Last time out was a second in a MSW on this track July 23 which followed a third in a similar race at Santa Anita July 2 and a sixth in her debut June 9. Dancing Belle will chase a first career victory in her graded stakes debut - from post 3 with Kent Desormeaux guiding her.
