OffTrackBetting.com - The G3 All American Stakes will take place this Monday, May 29 at Golden Gate Fields in Berkeley, California. Horses three years old and upward will be featured when they take to Golden Gate's All Weather Track and race one mile for the winner's share of the $100,000 purse.

A field of nine will take to the track in the All American Stakes - race 7 on Golden Gate's Monday schedule. Post time is 3:45 PM. Here is a peek into the past performances of all seven entries for this Holiday Monday G3 stakes.

2017 All American Stakes Entries at Golden Gate Fields

Alert Bay 2-1

Won four straight turf races in 2014/2015 including the G3 British Columbia Derby and BC Premier's Handicap at Hastings, the G2 Mathis Brothers Mile at Santa Anita and California Cup in January, 2014. He also won the G2 City of Hope Miles at Santa Anita in September, 2015. Alert Bay has been good again lately and enters on a nice two race win streak. Last time out was in the G3 San Francisco Mile April 29 (for the second year in a row) and before that was an Allowance April 2 - both in this track. Before that were two straight fourths - the G3 Longacres Mile and the minor California Dreamin' Stakes at Del Mar July 24. He now has 14 wins, seven seconds and two third place finishes in 31 career starts and will be looking for a third straight win Monday from gate 6. Juan Hernandez gets the call on the morning line favorite.

Flamboyant 7-2

French bred Patrick Gallagher trained gelding has been up and down in his career and enters this week in typically inconsistent form. Last time out was an ugly twelfth in the G2 San Luis Rey Stakes at Santa Anita March 25 after consecutive thirds - the G2 San Marcos Stakes at Santa Anita February 4 and in the G2 Hollywood Turf Cup at Del Mar November 25. He wasn't great before that - consecutive eighths including the G2 John Henry Turf Cup at Santa Anita October 2 and the G2 Del Mar Handicap in August followed an OK third in the G3 Eddie Read Stakes at Del Mar July 17 and a quality fifth in the Group 1 Dubai Turf at Meydan March 26 against some of the best turf horses on the planet. He won the G2 San Marcos Stakes in February of last year and the 2016 San Gabriel Stakes at 46-1 odds last January as well but hasn't been the same since. Flamboyant now has five wins, three seconds and seven third place finishes in 26 career starts and has been OK in two of his last three starts overall. Brice Blanc will be in the irons hoping to gain a little momentum - from gate 8.

G. G. Ryder 5-1

Won this race in 2015 and finished an ugly eleventh last year for trainer Jerry Hollendorfer - he also won the G3 San Francisco Mile in 2015 and has been competitive since. He enters off a second-place finish behind Alert Bay in the G3 San Francisco Mile here April 29, a third in an Allowance April 2, an Allowance score February 26, a second in an Allowance January 6 and another runner-up finish in the G3 Berkeley Handicap in November - all on this track. He now has 12 wins, nine seconds and three third place finishes in 35 career starts, he knows this track very well and has placed in six straight races ahead of this week. G.G. Ryder is expected to be competitive again Monday when he leaves from post 7 with Irving Orozco guiding the morning line third choice.

Dalmore 6-1

Has three wins, four seconds and a third-place finish in 17 career starts for trainer Keith Desormeaux. He hasn't been all that great lately - a seventh last time out in the minor Essex Handicap at Oaklawn Park March 18 followed a sixth in the G2 San Antonio Stakes at Santa Anita February 4 and a third behind Accelerate in the G3 San Pasqual Stakes also at Santa Anita. Before that was a fourth in the minor Zia Park Derby November 23, a respectable second in the G3 Super Derby at Louisiana Downs September 10, a fifth in the G1 Pacific Classic in August and two straight wins - the best being a terrific score in the G3 Affirmed Stakes with an impressive 103 Beyer Speed Figure at Santa Anita last July. Dalmore has failed to place in three of his last four starts but has shown serious form in the past. He tries to get back on track Monday with Norberto Arroyo in the saddle from gate 2.

Point Piper 6-1

Jerry Hollendorfer trainee has five wins, seven seconds and four third place finishes in 30 career starts. He enters off a sixth in the G1 Triple Bend Stakes at Santa Anita March 11 which followed a fourth in the G3 San Gabriel Stakes on that track in January and consecutive runner-up finishes - the minor Winter Challenge Stakes at Los Alamitos December 17 and the G3 Native Diver Stakes at Del Mar November 27. Before that was a sixth in the Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile, a fourth in the G2 Kelso Handicap October 18 and a win in the G3 Longacres Mile in August. He also posted another fourth in the G2 Californian Stakes at Santa Anita May 22, an OK third in the G2 Oaklawn Handicap last April 16, a fifth in the G1 Santa Anita Derby in March, 2016 and another third in the G3 Mineshaft Handicap at Fair Grounds February 2. Point Piper has been so-so lately and will be after a first ever graded stakes score Monday. Abel Cedillo has the mount from post 5.

Ike Walker 12-1

Has eight wins, four seconds and five third place finishes in 29 career starts for trainer Jerry Hollendorfer. He has placed in six of seven starts ahead of this weekend - a fourth in an Allowance Optional Claiming last time out at Santa Anita May 5 followed an Allowance Optional Claiming score on that track March 11 and three straight thirds - the best of which coming in the G2 Palos Verdes Stakes at Santa Anita February 4. His only stakes win came back in March, 2015 in the minor South Mississippi Owners and Breeders Stakes at Fair Grounds. Ike Walker has been decent lately and shoots for his first graded stakes score from post 3 Monday. William Antongeorgi II has been tabbed to ride.

Star Student 12-1

Dan Markle trained gelding has seven wins, 10 seconds and four third place finishes in 31 career starts. Last time out was a fourth in the G3 San Francisco Mile here April 29 which followed a second and a fourth respectively in a pair of Allowance races on this track. Before that was a second in the minor Lost in the Fog Stakes here February 20, a fourth in an Allowance in January, a second in a similar race in December and a nice win in the minor Oakland Stakes at Golden Gate in November. Star Student has yet to hit the board in his three graded stakes tries and hopes to snap that string from gate 4 Monday. Julien Couton will be in the saddle.

Street Lad 15-1

Jerry Hollendorfer trained gelding has seven career starts with three wins and a third-place finish - all on this track. He steps into stakes company for the first time Monday on the heels of a nice two race win streak - an Allowance Optional Claiming April 22 and an Allowance March 18. Before that was a fifth in an Allowance Optional Claiming February 5 and a maiden score a month before that. Street Lad has been impressive against lesser company and hopes to be again in his step up in competition from the rail. Frank Alvarado rides.

Camino Del Paraiso 15-1

Has 11 career starts for trainer OJ Jaurequi with three wins, two seconds and a third-place finish. He made his graded stakes debut last time out and finished sixth in the G3 San Francisco Mile here April 29 after a third in the minor Let It Ride Stakes at Del Mar November 12 and three straight Allowance scores with the last coming on this track in October. Camino Del Paraiso has been OK in his career and shoots for a first stakes win from the outside post 9 Monday. Ricardo Gonzalez gets the call.
