Grateful 5-2

Todd Pletcher trained filly has eight career starts and has placed in all - three wins, four seconds and a third-place finish. Last time out was a respectable second in her stakes debut - the G3 Glens Falls Stakes at Saratoga September 2 which followed two straight Allowance scores - one at Saratoga August 7 and the other at Belmont Park July 3. Before that were two straight runner-up finishes in Allowance races earlier this year. Grateful has been good so far in her career and hopes for a first graded stakes score Sunday. Manuel Franco will be in the irons of the slight morning line favorite from the outside gate 10.

Apple Betty 3-1

Defending runner-up in this race - Irish bred Shug McGaughey trained filly has four wins, a second and four thirds in 13 career starts. She won a minor stakes race at Toulouse last April and has been just OK since. Last time out was a fourth in the G3 Waya Stakes at Saratoga August 5 after a good win in the minor River Memories Stakes at Belmont Park July 9 and a seventh in the G2 New York Stakes at Belmont Park June 9. Before that was an OK third in the G2 Sheepshead Bay Stakes at Belmont Park May 6, a good second in her North American debut - the 2016 Rood and Riddle Dowager Stakes, a fourth in a Group 2 race at Baden Baden Germany in September and a pair of thirds in Group 3 races in France - the last coming in the Morocco Cup in July, 2016. Apple Betty looked OK in Europe and has been knocking on the door of her first North American graded stakes score. She hopes to get that Sunday with John Velazquez aboard the co-second betting choice from post 7.

Lottie 3-1

Has 12 career starts for trainer Graham Motion with two wins, two seconds and three third-place finishes. Last time out was a fifth in the G3 Glens Falls Stakes at Saratoga September 2 after a second in the G3 Waya Stakes on that track August 5, a third in the minor River Memories Stakes at Belmont Park July 9 and an Allowance score on that track in June. Last time out was a fourth in the listed Ramsey Farm Stakes at Kentucky Downs September 14 which followed a fifth in the G3 Modesty Handicap at Arlington July 8, a nice win in the minor Keertana Overnight Stakes May 27 and a very respectable second in the G3 Bewitch Stakes on this track in April. Promotional 12-1

Has three wins, a second and four third place finishes in 16 career starts for trainer Thomas Proctor. She has failed to place in four of her last five starts overall - her best result came last time out after nearly seven months away - a third in an Allowance Optional Claiming at Saratoga August 12. Bootsy's Girl 30-1

Luis Jurado trained mare has just three wins in 21 career starts to go along with three seconds and three third-placed finishes.
