MIAMI GARDENS, FL - Gulfstream Park West's 20-cent Rainbow 6 will have a guaranteed pool of $50,000 when racing resumes Thursday.
The Rainbow 6 carryover jackpot is paid out only when there is a single ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
The Rainbow 6 produced an all-time Pick 6 wagering record on May 25, when the popular multi-race bet paid $6.6 million.
Five of six winners on Monday's Rainbow 6 returned $1,628.16.
Monday's Pick 5 returned $11,615.25.
Thursday afternoon's program will also include a Super Hi 5 carryover is $1,736.35.
