Special Promotions Highlight Triple Crown Simulcast

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – Gulfstream Park will play host to South Florida’s ultimate Belmont Stakes Watch Party Saturday, when the simulcast of the third leg of Thoroughbred racing’s Triple Crown will be preceded by a day of special promotions and a live racing program.

Silks, Gulfstream’s state-of-the-art simulcast facility will open at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. First-race post time for Belmont Park’s stakes-laden program is set for 11:35 a.m. featuring a host of Gulfstream’s Championship Meet alumni. First-race post time for Gulfstream Park’s live card will be 1:15 p.m.

Gulfstream patrons who are XB Rewards members will have the chance to win Belmont Stakes across-the-board wagers, ranging from $10-$200 (totaling $30-$600). Twelve names will be drawn from a bin at 5 p.m., when winners will spin a wheel to determine the amount of their wagers on their favorite Belmont Stakes runners.

Silks will be open at 11 a.m. Friday, when advance wagering on Saturday’s Belmont Park card will be available.

Ten Palms Restaurant will offer a special $55.99 buffet Saturday.

The purchase of a Belmont Breeze cocktail will include a collectible Belmont Stakes glass.
