Lightstream Wins Raven Run Stakes at Keeneland Race Course

The G2 Lexus Raven Run Stakes was contested Saturday, October 22 at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky - a seven furlong dirt race for three year old fillies. Up Hill Stable's and Head of Plains Partners' 2-1 race favorite Lightstream earned her second graded stakes victory thanks to a strong stretch run that saw her win by 1 1/4 lengths. 40-1 longshot Malibu Stacy finished a good second in the field 12 with Coniah getting in for third at 34-1 odds. 4-1 third choice Curlin's Approval came in fourth, with Grace's Treasure, Southern Girl, Takrees, Covey Trace, Sophia's Song, Bellamentary, Ma Can Do It, and 7-2 second choice Lucy N Ethel who set the pace and faded badly completing the order of finish.
