Birdlover - British bred Doug O'Neill trained filly is coming off a win in the minor China Doll Stakes here March 9 after a pair of seconds in Allowance races on this track. She has two wins and three seconds in seven career starts and carries momentum into the Providencia.
Scarlet Strike - Jerry Hollendorfer pupil has placed in all nine career starts - a win, three seconds and five third place finishes. Last time out was an OK third in the Grade 1 Las Virgenes Stakes March 2 after another third in the Grade 3 Santa Ysabel here January 16, a second by a nose in the Blue Norther Stakes and a decent third in the Grade 3 Hollywood Starlet December 8. She hasn't tasted victory in seven starts but has been a factor in every race in her career. Saturday marks only her second career start on grass.

Flashy Ways - was fourth in the competitive China Doll Stakes last time out for trainer Richard Baltas after a good third in the Grade 3 Miesque Stakes at Hollywood Park November 24 and a distant eleventh in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf. She has two wins and a third place finish in five career starts.

Wittgenstein - Irish bred Doug O'Neill trained filly is coming off an Allowance score over Sweet Red Cat here March 21 after a pair of unflattering results - a sixth in the China Doll Stakes and a seventh in the Sweet Life Stakes. Before that was a respectable third in the Blue Norther Stakes here January 1. She has 11 career starts with just two wins and two third place finishes.
