Las Vegas, NV - The Grade 2 With Anticipation Stakes is on tap for this Thursday, August 29 from Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, New York. A purse of $200,000 will be on the line for two year olds looking to burst onto the scene when they go 1 1/16 miles on Saratoga's turf course.

He is the slight morning line favorite at 5-2 odds and breaks from post 8 with Rosie Napravnik in the saddle.

Tiger Bourbon - Eddie Kenneally trained colt is one of the long line of entries for the With Anticipation with just one career start and one MSW win. He, unlike some others however has some hype behind him. He beat General Jack and Bashart July 12 and has been waiting on the With Anticipation to strut his stuff again. Tiger Bourbon is the second choice on the morning line at 3-1 odds and will have Jose Lezcano in the saddle from post 3.

Bashart - Todd Pletcher trained colt will race for just the third time Thursday but is coming off a MSW score on this track August 18 in his first try on grass. His first ever start came July 12 - a third in a MSW behind Tiger Bourbon and General Jack. Bashart is listed as the 4-1 third choice on the morning line and will have Javier castellan in the reins from the rail

Base Case Scenario - Albert Stall trained colt started his career with an OK third behind the very impressive Candy Dandy and Dunkin Bend in a MSW at Churchill Downs June 30 but then registered a nice MSW score last time out on this track July 27. Base Case Scenario is an interesting entry Thursday and could prove to be a threat to the favorites. He is 5-1 on the morning line and will break from post 6 Thursday.

We Miss Artie - another Todd Pletcher hopeful will try to build upon a three length MSW score last time out on this track August 11 after a second in his debut in a similar race at Belmont Park July 4. He will have Javier Velazquez in the saddle at 6-1 odds and will leave from post 7.
