Las Vegas, NV - Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California will play host to the Grade 2 Summertime Oaks on Saturday, June 20. Three year old fillies will take to Santa Anita's dirt track and race 1 1/16 miles searching for the winner's share of the $200,000 purse.

A field of 10 sophomore fillies will give it a go in the Summertime Oaks - race 8 on Santa Anita's Saturday schedule. Post time is 4:00 PM. Here is a look into the past performances of all 10 combatants for this Grade 2 stakes.

2015 Summertime Oaks Race Favorite Entries

Stellar Wind - John Sadler pupil broke maiden in her second career start December 18 by an impressive 8 3/4 lengths after a second in her debut - both results at Laurel Park. Last time out was a troubled fourth at 3-1 odds in the Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks May 1. But before that she had a terrific win in the Grade 1 Santa Anita Oaks April 4 and an upset 2 3/4 length victory in the Santa Ysabel Stakes at 7-1 odds here February 28. She now has three wins and a third place finish in five career starts and looks for a bounce back after an uncharacteristic effort last time out - she posted an impressive bullet four furlongs in :46 1/5 June 16 and six furlongs in 1:11 3/5 June 10 . Victor Espinoza has been tabbed to ride the only graded stakes winner in the field and 123 pound highweight from post 9.

Fantastic Style - Bob Baffert trained filly has placed in all five career starts - three wins, a second and a third place finish. She arrives on the heels of a 3 1/4 length gate-to-wire win in the minor Angels Flight Stakes at this distance here May 16 after an OK third in the Grade 2 Beaumont Stakes at Keeneland April 12 and two straight wins on this track. Fantastic Style has been competitive every time out and should be again Saturday. Martin Garcia has the mount from the unfavorable outside post as Fantastic Style tries two turns for the first time.

Summertime Oaks 2015 | Remaining Contenders

Sheer Pleasure - Phil D'Amato trained filly has three wins in five career starts with two minor stakes scores on this track ahead of this weekend. Last time out was in the $200,000 Melair Stakes by an incredible 7 1/4 lengths at 4-5 odds May 23 after the Evening Jewel Stakes score April 4. She makes her graded stakes debut in very good form as she leaves from gate 2 with Tyler Baze guiding her.

Scat Means Go - made her graded stakes debut last time out for trainer Henry Dominguez and finished a respectable third in the Grade 3 Eight Belles Stakes at Churchill Downs May 1 which followed a second in the minor Sunland Park Oaks and a maiden score in March. Scat Means Go has shown improvement lately and could be a factor Saturday. Gary Stevens has the mount from gate 8.

Tara's Tango - Jerry Hollendorfer trained filly has three career starts with a win (in her debut) and a pair of runner-up finishes. Last time out she was second as favorite in the minor Angels Flight Stakes here May 16 after her other runner-up finish in the minor Santa Paula Stakes on this track April 5.The win was a maiden score in track record time over Del Mar synthetic Polytrack. Tara's Tango has been knocking on the door but still looks for her first stakes score in her first try around two turns - from gate 6 with Mike Smith in the saddle.

Conquest Curlgirl - will make just her third career starts for trainer Mark Casse having recorded a win and a second place finish in her two starts. Last time out was a maiden score in gate-to-wire fashion on this track May 7 after a second in her debut. Conquest Curlgirl steps into stakes company for the first time Saturday from post 7 with Joe Talamo in the reins.

Roksana - Martin Jones trained filly has won two of three career starts - an Allowance Optional Claiming by 3 3/4 lengths last time out here April 17 followed a maiden score on this track in March. Roksana looks ready for her stakes bow as she leaves from post 5 with Felipe Valdez in the irons.

Danette - finished third in the Grade 1 Chandelier Stakes here in September and went on to a fifth in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies. She has certainly been up and down since. Last time out was a second in a MSW here May 7, a fifth in a similar race April 25 and a fourth in the Grade 2 Fair Grounds Oaks in March. Danette has yet to record a win in her career but does have three runner-up finishes and two third place results. She has placed in just one of her last four starts overall and hopes for her first ever win from post 3 with Fernando Hernandez Perez in the irons.

All Star Bub - has nine career starts for trainer Jerry Hollendorfer with two wins, a second and three third place finishes. She makes her stakes debut off her career best result - an Allowance Optional Claiming score here May 24 and a third in a similar race here April 17. She steps up having placed in four of her last five starts when she departs from the rail with Rafael Bejarano aboard.

Guild - Eoin Harty trained filly has a win, a second and a third place finish in five career starts. She makes her stakes debut Saturday off a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming here May 24, a fourth in a similar race on this track in April and a third in an Allowance in December. Guild makes a huge step up in competition in so-so form from gate 4 with Flavien Prat guiding her.
