Tepin 1-2 - sensational five-time Grade 1 winner and the Eclipse Award champion grass mare of 2015 - the "Queen of the Turf" has 20 career starts for trainer Mark Casse with 12 wins, three seconds and a third place finish. She enters having not finished worse than second in her last 12 starts with 10 - yes 10 wins over that span. She arrives on the heels of a terrific seven race win streak - the Group 1 Queen Ann Stakes against the boys last time out at Ascot June 15, the Grade 2 Churchill Distaff Turf Mile May 7, the Grade 1 Jenny Wiley Stakes in April, the Grade 2 Hillsborough Stakes at Tampa Bay March 12, the Grade 3 Endeavour Stakes by 3 1/2 lengths at Tampa Bay February 13, the Breeders' Cup Mile against the boys and by an impressive seven lengths and in the Grade 1 First Lady Stakes October 3. Before that were consecutive seconds - the Grade 2 Ballston Spa Stakes August 29 and the Grade 1 Diana Stakes in July. She also had wins in the Grade 1 Just a Game Stakes last June and the Grade 2 Churchill Distaff Turf Mile in May, 2015. Tepin has been sensational the last 18 months and will try to keep the insane roll going with regular rider Julien Leparoux guiding the obvious favorite from the outside gate 8 - looking to become just the second female to win this race.
Mutakayyef 7-2 - British bred William Haggas trained gelding has placed in all 13 career starts - three wins, seven seconds and three third place finishes. He makes his North American debut Sunday having raced nine straight stakes races overseas - off a third in the Group 1 Juddmonte International Stakes at York August 17 and consecutive stakes wins - the Group 2 Fred Cowley MBE Memorial Summer Mile at Ascot July 9 and the Best Western Hotels Stakes at York June 11. Mutakayyef has been impressive indeed and will be after a statement win in his North American bow with Doug O'Neill aboard the second betting choice from gate 2.

Arod 10-1 - Irish bred Peter Chapple-Hyam trainee has four wins, three seconds and four third place finishes in 17 career starts and makes his North American debut Saturday. He enters off a solid third-place finish in the Group 2 Doom Bar Celebration Mile at Goodwood on August 27 and off-the-board finishes in two Group 1 races in Europe. He was at his best in summer/2015 when he won two straight Group stakes including the Group 2 Fred Cowley MBE Memorial Summer Mile at Ascot and the Group 3 Investec Diomed Stakes at Epsom. Arod has shown form in the past and tries for his first win in 14 months Saturday. Oisin Murphy will be in the saddle of the morning line third choice from post 3.
Full Mast 12-1 - Bill Mott trained colt has placed in six of eight career starts - four wins, a second and a third place finish. He won a Group 1 and a Group 3 race in France in 2014 and was out of racing for eight months before a second in the Group 3 Prix Paul de Moussac in June 2014. He followed that with a seventh in a Group 1 race a month later before being sidelined for another 11 months. Full Mast returned June 5 to an Allowance Optional Claiming score at Belmont Park - in his North American debut and has been OK in two starts since - a third in the minor Lure Stakes at Saratoga August 6 followed a fourth on this track in the Grade 2 King Edward Stakes in July. He has been OK when healthy and will be after his first stakes win in nearly two years Saturday. Joel Rosario has the mount from post 5.
Mr. Owen 15-1 - last year's sixth place finisher in this race has 10 career starts with three wins, two seconds and two third place finishes. He posted a stakes win in France August 4, 2015, had a sixth in the Group 1 Prix Jean Prat in July of last year and a third in the French 2000 Guineas (G1) at Longchamp in May, 2015. Mr. Owen has been OK lately as well - a good second last time out in the Group 3 Prix Messidor July 17 followed a thirteenth at Ascot and a respectable third in the Group 2 Prix du Muguet in May. He has competitive virtually every time out except for one outing and hopes that his success in Europe translates finally Saturday. Jamie Spencer rides from post 7.
Glenville Gardens 20-1 - Sid Attard trained gelding has seven wins and two seconds in 13 career starts and enters on a three race win streak - the Grade 2 Play the King Stakes last time out on this track August 20, an Allowance July 29 and a Starter Allowance July 8 - both on this track. Before that was a fourth in the Grade 2 Connaught Cup here June 5 and an ugly tenth place finish in the Grade 2 Kennedy Road Stakes on this track November 22. He had a nice three race win streak last year all on this track including the minor Labeeb Stakes October 25, an Allowance Optional Claiming October 10 and a Claiming in September. Glenville Gardens has won six of his last eight starts overall and will be looking for his second straight graded stakes score Saturday. Gary Boulanger gets the call from gate 4.
Tower of Texas 20-1 - defending seventh place finisher in this race, Roger Attfield trained gelding was last seen running a good second behind Glenville Gardens in the Grade 2 Play the King Stakes here August 20. Before that was another second in an Allowance here July 29, a third in the Grade 3 King Edward Stakes on this track June 2 and 10 months away from the track. He posted three wins and two seconds last summer here including a 2 3/4 length score in the 2015 Grade 2 King Edward and the runner-up finish in the 2015 edition of the Grade 2 Play the King. He has placed in eight of his last nine starts overall and will be looking for his first win in 15 months Saturday. Eurico Rosa Da Silva has been tabbed to ride from the rail.
Passion for Action 20-1 - has six wins, four seconds and a third place finish in 16 career starts and has won three of his last five starts ahead of this weekend. Last time out was a bit of a hiccup however - a fourth in the Grade 2 Play the King Stakes here August 20 after a good victory in the Grade 2 Highlander Stakes here July 3, a win in the Grade 3 Vigil Stakes with an impressive 103 Beyer Speed Figure on this track May 7, an OK second in the Grade 2 Connaught Cup Stakes on this track June 5 and another win in the minor Jacques Cartier Stakes here April 9. He recorded consecutive sixth place finishes at Gulfstream to start his year as well. Passion for Action has three wins and a second place finish in his last five starts overall on this track and will be after a strong bounce back this weekend with Luis Contreras in the reins from gate 6.
