OffTrackBetting.com - The G1 Longines Kentucky Oaks will be run this Friday, May 5 at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky. Some of the best three year old fillies in the land will take to Churchill Downs' dirt track and race 1 1/8 miles for the winner's share of the $1 million purse.

A terrific field of 14 plus an Alternate Entry have been confirmed for the Kentucky Oaks - race 11 on Churchill Downs stacked Friday schedule. Post time is 6:12 PM. Here is a peek into the past performances of all 15 possible entries for this lucrative and prestigious G1 stakes.

2017 Kentucky Oaks Entries at Churchill Downs

Paradise Woods 5-2 - will hit the track for just the fourth time for trainer Richard Mandella having posted two wins and a second place finish so far - all at Santa Anita. She broke maiden by 4 1/4 lengths in a 5 1/2 furlong MSW March 11 and followed that with a terrific record-setting 11 3/4 length win with an outstanding 110 Beyer Speed Figure last time out in the G1 Santa Anita Oaks April 8. She posted a second in her debut January 26. Paradise Woods has been on a serious upward trajectory, looked absolutely untouchable last time out and hopes to build on a nice two race win streak Friday with Flavien Prat in the saddle of the morning line favorite - from gate 4.

Miss Sky Warrior 9-2 - impressive Kelly Breen trained filly has five wins in six career starts - two of her wins have come at this distance. She enters on a stellar five race win streak - the G2 Gazelle Stakes by an incredible 13 lengths last time out at Aqueduct April 8, the G2 Davona Dale Stakes at Gulfstream March 4, the G2 Demoiselle Stakes at Aqueduct November 26, the G3 Tempted Stakes on that track November 5 and a front-running seven length maiden score at Parx October 15. She finished fourth in her debut September 11. Miss Sky Warrior has been superb lately, has been training tremendously and is expected to be right in the mix again Friday. Paco Lopez will be in the irons of the morning line second choice from gate 10.

Farrell 5-1 - has seven career starts for trainer Wayne Catalano with five good wins and a third place finish. She enters on a very nice four race win streak - the G2 Fair Grounds Oaks last time out April 1, the G2 Rachel Alexandra Stakes February 25 at Fair Grounds, the minor Siverbullerday Stakes on that track January 21 and the G2 Golden Rod Stakes by six lengths on this very track November 26. She placed in two of her first three career starts as well - all of which came on this track meaning that track history and current form have Farrell firmly on the Oaks radar. Channing Hill has the mount on this intriguing third choice from post 7.

Abel Tasman 5-1 - will race for the seventh time for trainer Bob Baffert having won three times and posted two second place finishes in her career already. She made her stakes debut December 10 and scored a terrific win in the G1 Starlet Stakes at Los Alamitos and has followed that with two more another quality results - a runner-up finish behind the terrific Unique Bella in the G3 Santa Ysabel Stakes on this track March 4 and another second behind Paradise Woods last time out in the G1 Santa Anita Oaks April 8. Before those results she had two more nice wins - an Allowance at Del Mar November 18 and a maiden score at Santa Anita September 30. She was fifth in her debut in August. Abel Tasman has been very good the last 7+ months and tries to keep an impressive run going Friday from post 13 with Mike Smith in the irons.

Salty 6-1 - will hit the track for just the fourth time for trainer Mark Casse having posted two wins and a second place finish so far - all at Gulfstream. She broke maiden by 2 1/2 lengths March 5 and followed that with a terrific score last time out in the G2 Gulfstream Park Oaks April 1. She also posted a runner-up finish in her debut February 4. Salty has improved every time out and hopes to carry the momentum into the biggest race of her career Friday. Joel Rosario rides from the outside post 14.

Vexatious 20-1 - has placed in four of five career starts for trainer Neil Drysdale - one win and three third place finishes. She enters on the heels of three straight thirds - the G3 Fantasy Stakes last time out at Oaklawn Park April 14, the G2 Fair Grounds Oaks April 1 and an Allowance Optional Claiming at Santa Anita March 9 after she broke maiden at Santa Anita in November. Vexatious has been knocking on the door of her first stakes score and will try to achieve that goal Friday. Kent Desormeaux rides from gate 6.

Tequilita 20-1 - Michael Matz trained filly finished seventh in her debut and has placed in all six starts since - three wins and three runner-up finishes. She enters off an OK second behind Salty in the G2 Gulfstream Park Oaks which followed a terrific three race win streak - the G2 Forward Gal Stakes at 14-1 odds in her graded stakes debut at Gulfstream February 4, the minor Smart Halo Stakes by a length at Laurel Park November 19 and a maiden score at Keeneland in October in her fourth career start. Tequilita has been very competitive lately and will be after a fourth win in five starts with Luis Saez guiding her from post 11.

Daddys Lil Darling 20-1 - has two wins and three second place finishes in eight career starts for trainer Kenneth McPeek. She won the G2 Pocahontas Stakes at Churchill Downs September 17 but has been just OK since. She enters off a decent second in the G1 Ashland Stakes at Keeneland April 8 which followed a sixth in the G3 Florida Oaks at Tampa Bay March 11, a respectable second in the G2 Golden Rod Stakes at Churchill Downs and an OK fourth in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies. Daddys Lil Darling has been competitive so far in her career but hopes for a breakthrough performance Friday with Julien Leparoux in the irons from gate 12.

Ever So Clever 20-1 - Steve Asmussen trained filly has three wins, a second and a third place finish in her eight career starts. She arrives off a career-best performance - a win in the G3 Fantasy Stakes at Oaklawn Park April 14 which followed consecutive fifth place finishes - the H3 Honeybee Stakes March 11 and the minor Martha Washington Stakes February 11 - both at Oaklawn Park. She had placings in two other graded stakes before that - a third in the G2 Golden Rod Stakes on this track November 26 and a second in the G2 Pocahontas Stakes also here last September. Ever So Clever has been decent in her career so far and off a good win should be a confident entry. Luis Contreras has been tabbed to ride from the rail.

Lockdown 20-1 - legendary trainer Bill Mott sends out highly regarded Lockdown after four career starts produced two wins and two second place finishes - all at Aqueduct. Last time out was a respectable second in her graded stakes debut - behind Miss Sky Warrior in the G2 Gazelle Stakes April 8 which followed a two race win streak - the minor Busanda Stakes January 15 and a maiden score December 17. She was second in her debut November 4. Lockdown has been a factor in every career start so far, has looked very good in training ahead of this weekend and hopes for a first graded stakes score from gate 2. Jose Ortiz gets the call.

Mopotism 20-1 - Doug O'Neill trained filly has seven career starts with two wins, two runner-ups and one third place finish to show for it. She finally broke maiden four starts back by 4 1/4 lengths at Santa Anita December 30 after an OK third in the G1 Starlet Stakes at Los Alamitos December 10, a second in a MSW November 12 and a fifth in her debut August 28 - both results at Del Mar. She has been decent in her last three starts - a fourth last time out in the G1 Santa Anita Oaks April 8 followed a nice win in the minor Island Fashion Stakes at Sunland Park February 26 and a decent second behind Unique Bella in the G2 Las Virgenes Stakes here February 5. Mopotism has been in every race so far in her career and will be chasing her first graded stakes score from post 3. Mario Gutierrez rides.

Jordan's Henny 30-1 - Michael Tomlinson trained filly has a win, three seconds and three third place finishes in her nine career starts. She finally broke maiden in her seventh career starts - at Gulfstream December 18 and followed that with a respectable runner-up finish at 19-1 odds behind Miss Sky Warrior in the G2 Davona Dale Stakes on that track March 4 and an OK third last time out in the G2 Gulfstream Park Oaks April 1. She also posted a third, a second and another third respectively this past winter in a trio of MSW races and had a fifth before that in her only other graded stakes action to date - the G2 Pocahontas Stakes at Churchill Downs in September. Jordan's Henny has been improving the last six months and hopes to keep that trend going Friday with Joe Rocco Jr. aboard from post 5.

Wicked Lick 30-1 - Brendan Walsh trained filly has eight career starts with one win and four runner-up finishes. Last time out was a second in the G2 Fair Grounds Oaks April 1 which followed a fourth in the G2 Rachel Alexandra Stakes on that track February 25, a second in the minor Silverbulletday Stakes at Fair Grounds in January and another second in an Allowance Optional Claiming at Fair Grounds in December. Wicked Lick has been decent so far in her career and chases a first ever stakes score with Brian Hernandez Jr. aboard from post 9.

Sailor's Valentine 30-1 - Eddie Kenneally trained filly has two wins and two second place finishes in six career starts. She made her graded stakes debut last time out and posted a good win at 22-1 odds in the G1 Ashland Stakes at Keeneland April 8 after a second in an Allowance Optional Claiming at Tampa Bay March 12, a fifth in the minor Old Hat Stakes at Gulfstream Park January 7, another runner-up in an Allowance Optional Claiming in November, a fourth in the minor Rags to Riches Stakes at Churchill Downs in October and a win at first asking. Sailor's Valentine has improved with every outing and hopes for her biggest win to date Friday. Corey Lanerie is scheduled to ride from gate 8.

Summer Luck 30-1 - Alternate Entry has a win, a second and two third place finishes in six career starts for trainer Mark Casse. Last time out was a fifth in the G1 Ashland Stakes at Keeneland April 8 which followed a fast-closing third in the G2 Davona Dale Stakes at Gulfstream March 4, a fourth in the G2 Forward Gal Stakes on that track February 4, a third in the minor Old Hat Stakes at Gulfstream January 7, a maiden score at Churchill Downs November 11 and a second in her debut at Keeneland in October. Summer Luck has been OK in her career and ay chase her first ever stakes score Saturday.
