Fillies and mares three years old and upward will be featured in this new race as they go 1 1/16 miles on Sam Houston's for the track's richest purse - $400,000.
The Grade 3 John B Connally Turf Cup comes our way this Saturday, January 26 from Sam Houston Park in Houston, Texas. Horses four years old and upward will be front and center as they go 1 1/8 miles on Sam Houston's turf track for their share of the $200,000 purse.
Santa Anita Park in Arcadia California will play host to the Grade 3 Santa Ysabel Stakes this Saturday, January 26. A group of three year old fillies will be after the winner's share of the $100,000 purse when they go 1 1/16 miles on Santa Anita's main track.
The Grade 2 Santa Monica Stakes comes our way from Santa Anita Park in beautiful Arcadia, California this Saturday, January 26. The race will feature fillies and mares four years old and upward as they go seven furlongs for their share of the $250,000 purse.
The Grade 3 Holy Bull Stakes comes our way this Saturday, January 26 from beautiful Gulfstream Park in Hallandale, Florida. Three year olds will be featured as they ramp up for the Kentucky Derby in May in this 1 1/16 mile dirt race. A nice purse of $400,000 is on the line in what should be a most interesting race.
